Day to day
- Design and build the full mechanical prototype in SolidWorks with attention to manufacturability and operational performance
- Create simulation videos and animations that clearly showcase the mechanical workflow and extraction process
- Run CFD and FEA analysis to validate fluid flow behavior and structural integrity under operational stress
- Translate the existing patent and R&D foundation into a scalable real-world product while owning the technical roadmap and engineering architecture
