Requirements
- Experience in a software implementation technical support or consultancy role

- Experience working with finance software ERP or workflow solutions
- Knowledge of SQL for reporting and data extraction

- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail

Day to day
- Work closely with customers throughout the implementation journey from discovery and solution design to configuration training and go-live support
- Deliver client-facing consultancy across multiple implementation and business process projects while maintaining excellent service standards
- Collaborate with project managers consultants and developers to configure solutions troubleshoot issues and improve finance automation workflows
