Remote Technical Consultant Job in United States Oracle

Who you are

• Deep technical knowledge with Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure
• Ability to provide escalation support for complex production environment problems
• Experience with server operating system and application upgrades bug fixes and patching
• Proven ability to coordinate escalated support cases and lead technical resources and vendors to resolution
• Capacity to work on standardization projects for hardware and software under the Oracle technology stack
• Ability to provide consistent system uptime in a Cloud environment.

What the job involves

• Responsible for the operation of production environments including systems and databases
• Perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments
• Recommend new solutions to improve availability performance and supportability
• Install monitor maintain and support all production server hardware and software
• Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues
• Coordinate a storage infrastructure of Oracle system and database appliances
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
