Who you are

• Minimum 1-year experience in SQL and writing queries
• Minimum 1-year experience in JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools
• Experience in HCM functional domain and business processes
• Logical and technical mindset for problem analysis
• Entrepreneurial mindset for rapidly shifting focus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of implementation principles and lifecycle
• Capability to exercise mature judgement
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances
• Experience providing application support for complex software systems

Desirables

• HR Background
• Java, C#, C++ programming experience
• Familiarity with report writers like Crystal Reports, Cognos
• SQL Report creation experience

• Delivering WorkForce Software Suite to solve unique business challenges for each customer
• Configuring software according to customer's documented workforce management business requirements
• Performing coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of WorkForce Software Suite
• Continuously improving consulting skills and knowledge of WFS Products
• Facilitating client workshops and implementation of Workforce Management Software
