- Liaise with clients to transform existing HR policies into step-by-step content.
- Attend client meetings and process workshops supporting wider implementation team.
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders during project implementation.
- Produce content following agreed style guides and deadlines.
- Keep abreast with changes in employment law to edit default content for partners.
