What the job involves
- Translate customers' new ER processes and optimized policies into clear and concise content for our self-service platform
- Support the authoring of online employee relations content for both new and existing clients
- Attend meetings and process workshops with clients as part of the project plan
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders during project implementation
- Produce content according to style guides and deadlines
