Requirements
- Based in the Persian region and familiar with the local network and tech environment
- Able to use basic network testing tools such as ping traceroute and speedtest
- Able to clearly describe anomalies and provide troubleshooting clues
- Basic English reading and writing skills to understand technical documents and communicate simply
- Experience with local cloud or network operator coordination is a plus

Day to day
- Conduct basic scenario testing such as network access and functional connectivity to identify and report anomalies.
- Research local cloud services CDN options and network operators including capabilities access steps and cost levels.
- Test network latency and stability across different cities and summarize local network characteristics for remote teams.
- Assist remote teams in reproducing user reported technical issues and provide environmental data to support troubleshooting.
- Help establish communication with local service providers and coordinate communication when needed.
