Requirements
- Strong technical customer success technical support product support or customer engineering experience
- Ability to debug web applications and SaaS products
- Degree in computer science software engineering information systems or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- Experience with modern web applications using React Node Flask Next.js or similar technologies
- 2 to 5 years supporting customers on web applications or SaaS products
- Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk Intercom Help Scout Freshdesk Crisp or similar tools
- Strong written English communication skills at near-native level

Day to day
- Respond to support requests from platform users with clear professional and friendly written communication
- Investigate technical issues across web applications using telemetry data network requests browser troubleshooting and database queries
- Create documentation internal notes troubleshooting guides and support resources while collaborating with engineering and product teams
- Support users through application interview onboarding offer and payment related workflows
