Requirements
- 2–5+ years supporting customers on web applications SaaS products or AI-enabled platforms
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability across websites SaaS tools logs user flows and product behavior
- Experience building or supporting modern web applications using React Node Flask Next.js or similar technologies
- Comfort working with AI systems LLMs agents generative models model outputs hallucinations and feedback loops
- Excellent written English with a professional precise communication style
- Strong judgment when triaging issues and escalating to engineering
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Must currently reside in Latin America
- Substantial overlap with Pacific Time working hours

Day to day
- Support users across application interview onboarding offer and payment workflows with speed clarity empathy and professionalism
- Investigate user reported issues end to end by reproducing bugs identifying root causes and distinguishing UX friction from system defects
- Work closely with technical teams to surface patterns create documentation and provide actionable context for engineering follow up
