Who you are

• Minimum 4 years’ network security industry experience
• Experience in developing physical and logical design solutions
• Knowledge of Fortinet, Palo Alto security design concepts
• Experience working autonomously in a multi-vendor enterprise environment
• Understanding of ITIL V3 methodologies and security posture standards
• Knowledge of security architecture and multi-platform design
• Experience in project planning, management, and implementation of client solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies and offshore/onshore models
• Financial awareness regarding strategic/operational decisions

Desirables

• Offensive or Defensive hacking knowledge
• Experience with SASE and SSE environments
• Experience with global accounts
• Technical lead experience

What the job involves

• Be responsible for designing, documenting, and managing technical collateral to support strategic objectives and develop standard offerings and blueprint solutions in security. Guard overall solution architecture of customer designs and be involved in implementation, testing, and handover to operations. Actively participate in the presales process to ensure continuity through service fulfilment.
• Design bespoke customer network security models, review and approve advanced security configurations, and be involved in initial deployments and proof of concepts. Engage in the pre-sales process, supporting the sales engineer with positioning the right security posture for the customer. Monitor industry security updates, technologies, and best practices to improve overall security management and stay informed of new developments and trends.
• Liaise with Partners/Vendors to meet customer expectations and produce technical standards, reference architecture, deployment guides, and technology roadmaps in collaboration with product management. Create technical documentation and update standards and guidelines. Occasionally work at customer premises within a highly skilled team covering LAN/WAN, Voice, Network & Information Security, Internet Services, and UC Services.
