What the job involves
Provide strategic, hands-on support leading customers through Falcon platform operationalization to detect, respond, and remediate active security incidents.
Drive service objectives to completion, support all customer-related workflows using security knowledge and Falcon Platform expertise.
Produce and deliver kickoff and technical onboarding meetings, periodic status updates, and support technical discussions on Falcon platform best practices.
