Remote Technical Engineering Recruiter Job in United States MWResource, Inc.

Who you are

• 1-5 years of technical and/or electrical or mechanical engineering recruiting experience. Direct hire experience strongly preferred
• Proven expertise in sourcing tough to find candidates
• Electrical utility industry experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for recruiting
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
• A high level of ethics and confidentiality
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Team player

What the job involves

• Support MWR clients in building their FTE teams and achieving their business objectives
• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to develop strong candidate pool for direct hire positions
• Attract and build relationships with qualified candidates for MWR client positions. Write, post, and maintain job descriptions on relevant platforms
