What the job involves

• Seek opportunities to provide technical and commercial support to new and existing customers including site audits and customer training.
• Identify, monitor and liaise with new and existing customers to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Research and develop opportunities to grow new business.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monthly reports to monitor sales performance.
• Provide customer, competitor, and marketing data with the aim to grow turnover, volume, and profitability.
• Assist in developing and executing the company’s Sales & Marketing Strategy and Group Accounts.
• Identify and manage threats and opportunities.
