3-5 years as Technical Success/Account Manager
Experience writing Java application code

Active Directory/LDAP Management
Experience with SQL queries
Experience with Debian Linux or Red Hat
Basic understanding of integration and ETL technologies
Experience with data mappings and transformations
Proven solving complex technical problems in customer-facing environments
What the job involves
Partner with Customer Success and Onboarding Managers to own the ongoing technical relationship throughout the customer’s lifecycle
Drive initial and ongoing customer adoption of the Fastpath product by identifying and resolving technical challenges
Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of the product suite, collaborating closely with Customer Support and Product/Engineering teams to help customers realize the platform's full value.
