Must be located in EU/US time zone
Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus) with strong communication skills
Experience with programming languages such as javascript, typescript, golang, and solidity
Minimum 1+ years of technical support experience with a technical degree
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Interest and experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies

Work on rotation shifts to provide technical support across BNB Chain ecosystem on various platforms like BNB Forum, Telegram, and Discord
Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions and suggestions
Manage bot setup and optimization for TechOps channels including GitHub, focusing on automation and process optimization
Research cutting-edge technologies like AI tools for process automation and enhancement
Deliver exceptional customer experience by understanding needs, seeking feedback, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams for long-term solutions and product development in a fast-changing environment
