Who you are

• At least 10 years of experience with Bentley Cad/BIM software and Cloud Solutions preferred.
• Expertise with desktop SDKs and programming languages (C, C++, C#, VBA, Python).
• Solid understanding of Bentley or relevant industry software for system integration.
• Mastery of design and architectural patterns like microservices and MVC.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with cloud services (containers, serverless functions) is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with partners and clients.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner able to research and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in another European language is a plus.

• The Technical Partner Success collaborates with Bentley 3rd party developers to solve technical issues, focusing primarily on programming-related issues and queries.
• They manage the resolution of SDK/API-related service cases, often consulting with product teams, and actively participate in tech forums to address programmer queries.
• They provide advisory on programming-related requirements from partners and users, working across a range of Product SDKs and collaborating with multiple product teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
