What the job involves
Engaging with customers and stakeholders in the creation and delivery of end-to-end solutions to meet customer goals and challenges
Meeting with customers and stakeholders to represent SearchFlow understanding customer needs gathering documenting requirements and presenting solutions
Working with the SearchFlow Sales Product and Technical teams to propose develop and implement solutions based on customer requirements
Building intimate knowledge of customer accounts including vision strategy needs financial model and equipment resources
Building relationships with key customer stakeholders to leverage influence ensuring SearchFlow is a key provider of domain-related solutions
Creating account strategy for all Landmark solutions related to nominated accounts
Identifying opportunities for domain-related solutions and collaborating with sales stakeholders internal product groups and external partners
Analysing documenting business requirements to ensure complete understanding by internal and external stakeholders
Presenting solutions to customers and internal stakeholders as needed
Providing training or explanations to junior staff to assist with understanding legal and business processes
Providing escalated business support to internal stakeholders related to the solution and wider product suite
Maintaining expert knowledge of conveyancing process legal software market and property and legal industry
Increasing Landmarks’ market share by exceeding customer expectations
Assisting with technical/domain element of complex new business opportunities and propositions
Defining complex solutions delivered through professional service or external partnerships
