What the job involves

• Define capability features and draft user stories (functional and technical).
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Staff, Customer Success Analysts, and Leads.
• Analyze short-term and long-term solutions considering full scope of features.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Conduct meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Escalate critical decisions for real-time resolution.
• Collaborate on defining APIs and Events with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate new capabilities and collaborate with the training teams.
• Assist in post-release validation, tenant configuration and document preparation for releases.
