What the job involves

• Define capability features and gather detailed requirements from various stakeholders
• Perform research to understand the full scope of projects and design detailed solutions for short-term and long-term needs
• Draft functional and technical user stories, including technical specifications like algorithms, APIs, data models, and process flows
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements at both functional and technical levels
• Lead meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define APIs and data exchanges with external vendors
• Support the delivery team in story pointing and iteration planning
• Assist Customer Success Analysts with tenant configuration, release notes, and post-release validation
