Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in product management
  • 3+ years product management and/or product design
  • 3+ years managing complex initiatives from initiation to completion using product management processes and best practices
  • Experience in defining and implementing product metrics to track performance and success
  • Experience handling all stages of product delivery
  • Experience representing various customers and stakeholders during planning
  • Ability to build ground-up solutions including all steps of ideation, problem discovery, customer usage, design, implementation, and monitoring
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work as a partner and peer to counterparts in engineering, program management, and quality assurance
  • Strong skills in managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Comfort operating at different vertical levels at the organization
  • Exceptional verbal, oral, and written communication skills

Desirables

  • Property and Casualty Insurance experience
  • Experience in implementing AI solutions to streamline operational processes
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering methodologies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) techniques
  • Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and business logic
  • Strong understanding of integration capabilities
  • Proficiency in configuring rules engines, workflow engines, and decision tables within platforms like FICO decision Modeler, Pega Systems, Bizagi, and Appian



What the job involves

  • Manage the product roadmap for identified areas by defining and delivering the next generation of insurance services
  • Develop innovative product solutions, execute strategic go-to-market plans, and cultivate essential business relationships
  • Responsibilities include contributing to the product roadmap, providing mentorship to junior product managers, nurturing vendor relationships, and fostering cross-domain collaboration
  • Ensure product direction aligns with organizational objectives
