What the job involves

• Drive development and enhancement of rating and policy administration technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create roadmaps, and deliver solutions. Ensure capabilities meet business needs and align with industry trends.
• Balance scope, delivery plans, and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Maintain a product backlog, align with technical standards, oversee quality assurance, and ensure high-quality software solutions. Develop training materials, support teams, and track performance metrics.
• Advocate for user-centric design, maintain compliance with regulations, and act as a technical leader. Stay informed about regulatory changes and support internal and external stakeholders.
