Who you are

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Proficient in analyzing user behavior and product funnels committed to driving decisions based on data
• Skilled in gathering & prioritizing requirements, developing features, gathering feedback, and making user-centric improvements
• Hands-on experience with integrated development environments such as IDEs (VS Code, Eclipse, JetBrains etc.), requirements management tools (Aha, Jira etc.), DevOps tools (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins etc.), and testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright etc.)
• Adaptability and proactive engagement in a startup atmosphere, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of software design, architecture, and deployment processes
• Experience in product companies with track record of bringing flagship developer tools, test automation products, DevOps products, and other AI/ML driven software to market
• Excel in teamwork and project management, with outstanding communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or Cognitive Science
• Working knowledge of AI/ML & Gen AI technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Experience in working with Large & Small Language Models (LLMs & SLMs), Fine-tuning Models, RAG techniques, and Prompt Engineering
• Proficient in developing content to help customers understand and use product capabilities
• Analyze market trends and build deep understanding of the competitive landscape

What the job involves

• Drive the vision and strategy for AI/Gen AI-powered tools and platforms that accelerate the software development lifecycle (SDLC) across requirements planning, software design, coding, testing, DevOps, and documentation
• Engage in pre-sales customer meetings, demos, presentations, and proof of concepts
• Develop and conduct technical field training for sales teams and customers
