What the job involves

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of product development and go-to-market activities to identify and leverage opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Manage the intake process for new content development and acceleration initiatives, refining and prioritizing proposals to maximize impact
  • Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Product and Academic Design teams to identify, design, and implement solutions that accelerate content creation and delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Ensure rapid prototyping and iterative development of content acceleration tools and workflows, fostering a culture of quick learning and continuous improvement
  • Share insights and best practices across the company's larger product teams, enhancing overall product knowledge and content acceleration techniques
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, promoting an environment of innovation and excellence in content development and delivery
