- Ability to read code descriptions technical specs or protocol docs and form a point of view
- Proven track record running complex multi-stakeholder launches end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong technical writing ability
- Strong cross-functional project management instincts and accountability without friction
- Knowledge of Solana Web3 and validator client or consensus-level concepts
- Scrappy low ego self-motivated and ready to dive in

Day to day
- Own end-to-end coordination for major technical launches across Anza and the Solana ecosystem
- Translate deeply technical protocol work into clear narratives for validators developers and partners
- Manage Anza's social and communications presence with timely launch rollouts and consistent messaging
