• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with Solution architects, Project staff, Customer success analysts and Delivery team leads.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Experience in drafting functional and technical user stories.
• Ability to assist Junior Analysts and ensure task efficiency.
• Experience with defining APIs and data exchanges.

What the job involves

• Defining the capability features and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and perform research.
• Drafting both functional and technical user stories to define solutions.
• Assisting Junior Analysts and other team members to ensure efficient task completion and delivery timeline adherence.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and capturing meeting minutes and follow-up on action items.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define APIs and data exchanges between capabilities and vendors.
