• 3+ years' experience facilitating solutions between business and technical teams
• Experienced with large-scale distributed systems
• Comfortable with changing specifications and standards
• Ability to lead teams to deliver through ambiguity
• Ability to learn, explore and research in new and emerging areas
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong business judgment
• Ability to break down program blockers and influence team members
• Enjoy taking on big challenges
• Coordinating and owning multiple dimensions in pursuit of high quality products
• Comfortable digging into business requirements and product planning
• Familiar with cloud-based systems
• Understanding of how to maximize return on technology investments with native functionality vs custom code
