• Supporting strategic customer-facing projects through the creation and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
• Assisting with communication plans meeting facilitation reporting analysis and insights.
• Manages Project costs and deliverables to ensure margin goals are met and/or exceeded.
• Organize and analyze testing data for trends course corrections and customer reports.
• Spots opportunities for process optimization and drives implementation of improvements across the account.
• Communicates with clients about the status and progress of their projects.
