Day to day
- Lead the design planning and implementation of technology systems in new construction and renovation projects
- Manage the installation of low voltage systems including structured cabling audiovisual systems and access control
- Oversee the design and deployment of wireless networks and security camera systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications
- Coordinate with construction teams architects and other stakeholders to integrate technology solutions seamlessly into building designs
- Develop and manage project plans schedules and budgets for technology implementation in construction projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget while meeting quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementation during construction phases
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the technology teams and construction/architectural teams
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients construction teams and other stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues
- Provide technical guidance to project teams ensuring the correct implementation of technology solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction and implementation phases
- Manage technology projects related to cloud services servers network infrastructure cybersecurity and voice systems
- Ensure the integration of these technologies into the overall IT strategy of the client considering both current needs and future scalability
