What the job involves
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for positions within Quality Clinical Regulatory Engineering and Scientific disciplines for Biologics Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients
Source screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles within our Quality Clinical Regulatory Engineering and Scientific service areas
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and job specifications
Provide guidance on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies ensuring alignment with Viltis' core service areas
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding and successful assignment completion
Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings resume reviews interview scheduling and offer negotiations
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress
