What the job involves

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for positions within Quality Clinical Regulatory Engineering and Scientific disciplines for Biologics Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients
• Source screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles within our Quality Clinical Regulatory Engineering and Scientific service areas
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and job specifications
• Provide guidance on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies ensuring alignment with Viltis' core service areas
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding and successful assignment completion
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings resume reviews interview scheduling and offer negotiations
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress
