- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role or as a technical consultant, engineer, or analyst
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Intune
- Experience in the EUC arena covering Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, and Intune
