What the job involves
- You will be responsible for taking ownership of assigned accounts
- Developing relationships and being able to negotiate at all levels within the customer
- Being visible on sight - frequent customer visits
- Developing the business on assigned accounts to maximize Arrow's share, overall profitability, and design in profile and technical sales
- Managing all resources including Field Application Engineers, Field Marketing, Asset, Business Process Excellence, customers & suppliers to grow the business
- Providing customer satisfaction through fact-based analysis, account strategies, and promoting Arrow's top suppliers
- Driving agreed supplier initiatives, new design opportunities, and technical services to maximize Arrow design in content
- Managing stock through buffer, forecast, backlog to ensure continuity despite customer and Arrow's stock turn expectations
