Who you are

• Proven success in selling metal cutting tools or a background as a multi-skilled engineer
• Ability to advise on optimal metal removal rates for various applications including milling drilling grooving turning and threading
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings
• Mechanical engineering qualification or a technical apprenticeship preferred
• Self-driven and disciplined with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Winning mentality and ability to work independently

What the job involves

• Proactively meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share
• Understand and manage customer requirements confidently negotiating and closing sales
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance including conducting presentations and demonstrations
• Document cost-saving activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Work closely with our product team to develop custom solutions that meet specific customer needs
• Represent Tungaloy at trade shows conferences and marketing events to build new connections and strengthen our market reputation
