Who you are

  • Qualification in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving market
  • Relevant electrical or AV based qualification
  • Proven experience in smart buildings sales, preferably in a managerial role
  • Successful track record of driving specification-driven sales
  • Experience of working in a field-based sales role

Desirables

  • In-depth knowledge of smart building technologies
  • Knowledge of electrical accessories
  • Knowledge of interior design and lighting design
  • Understanding of KNX protocol and Casambi technology


What the job involves

  • Spearhead the sales activity for smart building technologies, positioning us at the forefront of the specification market.
  • Manage key relationships and partnerships, driving specifications and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team, system installers, and designers to deliver our smart building plans.
