Who you are

  • Must have excellent customer facing skills and be comfortable with frequent travel.
  • Adept at relationship building with clients and able to adapt to the reactive nature of the business.
  • Previous experience in technical sales and industry knowledge required.
  • Strong people management skills at a senior level.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience necessary.
  • Must possess a full UK driving licence.

Desirables

  • Previous experience in water and/or civils
  • SuDS knowledge



What the job involves

  • Deliver on all sales targets and budgets for Pumps, CTP, and Separators.
  • Proactively target engineers and architects to educate, network, and deliver professional CPDs.
  • Conduct site visits and support sales team members in providing precise specifications.
  • Work closely with Sales Teams to assist in CRM development and track key projects.
  • Develop relationships with major influencers and decision-makers like National Trust and Water Authorities.
  • Identify and implement new routes to market through product development and existing channels.
