Day to day
- You will be the crucial link between our software and the heroes who use it to protect society. You will support our sales team and customers by providing exceptional product knowledge. Your primary function is to perform technical product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- You will work with the global Technical Sales Team to create persuasive demonstration materials. During downtime, you will improve your technical knowledge and skills to convey to team members and customers. You will help gather market and product intelligence from the customers and contribute to new feature requests.
- Occasionally, you will provide additional support to other departments at customer visits, project support, class delivery, workshops, and conferences globally.
