- Full UK driving licence

Day to day
- Drive new business and grow customer accounts through proactive field-based sales activity and regular account management
- Build trusted relationships with farmers by understanding their needs providing practical advice and delivering consistent follow-up
- Diagnose customer challenges and recommend data-driven agronomic solutions that deliver measurable on-farm impact and ROI
- Use CRM to manage pipeline customer activity and account performance while maintaining a strong local market presence
