• Material or Chemical Engineering experience desirable
• Ideally experience within the high performance flooring industry (application installation sales technical)
• Excellent people skills and previous customer service experience
• High level of attention to detail and ability to report on data and present findings
• Ability and desire to travel for work

What the job involves

• Provide support across the business working to agreed timescales and maintaining a high level of technical expertise within HPF
• Support in the development of existing and new business
• Investigate and resolve all types of customer complaints
• Provide technically correct and accurate reports literature and specifications for use by customers
• Maintain and update management systems
• Travel to customer sites in order to resolve issues or queries
• Ensure all work is carried out to a technically high standard
• Ensure all work is within agreed HS&E guidelines and a proactive approach is taken to all requirements
