- Material or Chemical Engineering experience desirable
- Ideally experience within the high performance flooring industry (application installation sales technical)
- Excellent people skills and previous customer service experience
- High level of attention to detail and ability to report on data and present findings
- Ability and desire to travel for work

Day to day
- Provide support across the business working to agreed timescales and maintaining a high level of technical expertise within HPF
- Support in the development of existing and new business
- Investigate and resolve all types of customer complaints
- Provide technically correct and accurate reports literature and specifications for use by customers
- Maintain and update management systems
- Travel to customer sites in order to resolve issues or queries
- Ensure all work is carried out to a technically high standard
- Ensure all work is within agreed HS&E guidelines and a proactive approach is taken to all requirements
