- Offer expert guidance and personalized solutions to clients
- Support implementation projects through to completion
- Collaborate with clients to meet their needs during platform implementation
- Provide pre-sales technical expertise during sales process
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized solutions
- Manage project timelines and budgets for successful delivery
