Role
Who you are
- 5+ years experience in technical support, product support, and/or software engineering
- Experience managing a small team
- Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising
- 4+ years of experience with Javascript
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a strong plus
- Experience with CMS systems (Wordpress, Shopify, Hubspot) is a strong plus
What the job involves
- Advise and support Technical Solutions Specialist team members to develop their capabilities and growth goals
- Identify root causes of technical issues and address complex technical problems and queries using SQL and/or Elasticsearch
- Own escalations and solve highly technical problems
- Participate in recruitment and hire new team members
- Conduct performance reviews for team members
- Collaborate with clients to solve their technical issues
