What the job involves

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand their teams and candidate skill-set needs to then source, attract and screen candidates for open roles
• Build and develop inclusive candidate pipelines across Samsara’s Tech team, managing multiple requisitions, maintaining data accuracy, and meeting hiring quotas
• Identify new ways to build awareness of Samsara in new hiring markets
• Tailor messaging and approaches to reflect business understanding and the Samsara value proposition
• Find and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques, helping them envision life at Samsara
• Maintain a high attention to detail and intellectual curiosity to effectively solve problems
• Establish timelines, lean into candidate and market calibrations, and communicate data and insights readily
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
