What the job involves
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand their teams and candidate skill-set needs to then source, attract and screen candidates for open roles
Build and develop inclusive candidate pipelines across Samsara’s Tech team, managing multiple requisitions, maintaining data accuracy, and meeting hiring quotas
Identify new ways to build awareness of Samsara in new hiring markets
Tailor messaging and approaches to reflect business understanding and the Samsara value proposition
Find and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques, helping them envision life at Samsara
Maintain a high attention to detail and intellectual curiosity to effectively solve problems
Establish timelines, lean into candidate and market calibrations, and communicate data and insights readily
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
