  • Proven track record in IT support technical role
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Freshdesk, JIRA, Zendesk
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and non-technical teams
  • Dedication to exceptional customer support and satisfaction
  • Background in technical problem-solving
  • Strong documentation skills for knowledge base creation
  • Experience in remote work with self-discipline
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirables

  • Second language
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management systems
  • Familiarity with CARA features
  • Proficiency in Groovy, Java, and SQL
  • Understanding of DevOps Methodology
  • Experience in life sciences industry
  • Degree in Computer Science or Relevant IT Discipline
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Redis, Linux, Microsoft Server, ldap and IdP like Azure, Okta, Ping
