Who you are

  • Previous experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment at the 2nd line level
  • Solid knowledge of SQL using MS SQL Management Studio and debugging web applications
  • Understanding of IT systems network configuration and major applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Organized and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Interact with clients to address non-technical queries and keep accurate information.
