Who you are
Previous experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment at the 2nd line level
Solid knowledge of SQL using MS SQL Management Studio and debugging web applications
Understanding of IT systems network configuration and major applications
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized and adaptable to changing priorities.

What the job involves
Monitor and manage the Service Desk logging system effectively
Resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and remote access technology
Identify and report repetitive incidents to enhance system efficiency

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the iSAMS product and system developments
Interact with clients to address non-technical queries and keep accurate information.
