Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Technical expertise on Windows, Mac, or Linux platforms
  • Experience supporting and deploying cloud technologies
  • Expertise in managing Kubernetes & Containers
  • Passion for solving customer issues in a technical environment
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities

  • Certification in relevant technologies



What the job involves

  • Serve as customer liaison with internal stakeholders for customer feedback
  • Resolve customer problems via telephone, email, chat or remote access
  • Research technical issues and provide recommendations and action plans
  • Escalate cases to management when needed
  • Contribute to functional groups for issue resolution
  • Utilize internal technical expertise and knowledge base for solutions
  • Create knowledge base content for company and user base
  • Lead technical communications and share best practices
  • Provide direction to help customers integrate, deploy and maintain services
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution exceeds expectations
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert on a key product feature
