Remote Technical Support Engineer- Dewatering Pumps and Light Towers Job in Hemel Hempstead, UK Atlas Copco

Who you are

• Excellent technical knowledge of dewatering Pumps
• Proven experience in Customer Support
• Self-motivated and well-organised team player
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• National certificate in mechanical engineering required
• Technical service experience in generators/lighting towers/pumps/ESS Systems
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland

Desirables

• Good basic knowledge of Light Towers, Battery energy solutions, and Diesel Generators
• Apprentice trained in relevant field
• Product and service knowledge of lighting towers & centrifugal/piston pumps

What the job involves

• Provide technical support for Atlas Copco Dewatering Pumps and Lighting Towers
• Resolve technical and application problems for customers
• Handle warranty claims and service bulletin administration
• Support service engineers on-site and remotely
• Deliver technical service training to internal and external stakeholders
• Undertake special project work as required
