  • 5+ years of Java support, software services, and system administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems like Linux, OS X, and Windows.
  • Expertise in application server technologies and SQL databases.
  • Knowledge in networks, technologies, proxies, load balancers, LDAP, and SSL required.
  • Experience with Atlassian products and handling complex customer escalations.
