Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in enterprise software customer support or IT related support
  • Proficient in Windows Server OS
  • Strong grasp of Active Directory GPONetwork Topology/Layers and networking tools
  • Knowledge of security protocols including AV/Firewall rules and policies
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer technical needs and interact with various teams

What the job involves

  • Provide multifaceted customer support through phone email and chat
  • Troubleshoot and debug customer issues effectively

  • Operate independently to configure and troubleshoot BeyondTrust products
