Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred
Minimum 5 years in enterprise software customer support or IT related support
Proficient in Windows Server OS
Strong grasp of Active Directory GPONetwork Topology/Layers and networking tools
Knowledge of security protocols including AV/Firewall rules and policies
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to analyze customer technical needs and interact with various teams

What the job involves
Provide multifaceted customer support through phone email and chat
Troubleshoot and debug customer issues effectively
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as Engineering and Sales
Participate in an on-call rotation for product support
Operate independently to configure and troubleshoot BeyondTrust products
