Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL Connectivity, Active Directory, Network Topology, AV/Firewall Rules, Virtualization, Windows Account Administration, and security software
  • Strong dedication to customer care and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze customer needs

Desirables

  • 5 years in enterprise software customer support and/or IT related support
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows based server OS

  • Supporting customers in deploying, configuring, and reporting incidents with BeyondTrust products
  • Communicating with customers professionally and efficiently to resolve support incidents
  • Documenting all interactions with customers and collaborating with internal teams
