Who you are

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • 3 or more years of Technical Support experience involving Java/J2EE expertise
  • Hands-on working experience with Java/J2EE
  • Able to troubleshoot Java/Spring based applications
  • Able to build simple Java/Spring boot based projects for replicating issues
  • Experience in working with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Chart, REST web services, Elasticsearch
  • Experience with Relational Databases such as Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server
  • SaaS/Cloud Product Support experience
  • Aptitude for quickly understanding complex technical issues, Customer’s expectations, products and underlying architecture
  • Outstanding communication skills to match a Customer’s communication style and de-escalate stressful situations
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience

Desirables

  • Knowledge of Kibana
  • Experience with Cloud Service Providers
  • BPM experience



What the job involves

  • Respond to Customer tickets and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  • Document Customer interactions and all activity related to the issue resolution process
  • Manage your ticket flow, escalations, SLAs and workload
  • Replicate product bugs and provide pertinent information to Engineering
  • Work closely with your team members to provide exceptional support to our Customers and each other
  • Contribute to the problem resolution database and other systems focused on continuous improvement
