Day to day
- Act as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries during EU hours, handling API usage onboarding authentication integration and billing issues.
- Troubleshoot common well documented problems quickly and escalate complex cases with clear reproduction steps logs and context to senior support or engineering.
- Create and improve technical documentation FAQs tutorials how to guides and occasional blog posts while also helping grow developer communities through timely engagement and feedback.
