  • Previous experience in a technical support role for Software/SaaS solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English language communication skills
  • Experience with Zendesk Confluence and Jira
  • Knowledge of API authentication and integration technologies
  • SQL knowledge and the ability to write queries.

Desirables

  • REST API experience
  • Workato Automation certification
  • UNIX/Linux experience



What the job involves

  • Provide enterprise-grade assistance to customers
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering
  • Work directly with engineering via Zoom to resolve critical issues
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between Legion and 3rd party systems
  • Manage customer issues across multiple platforms using Zendesk and Jira
  • Create and update knowledge base documentation
  • Analyze support trends and provide feedback to engineering.
